In memoriam: Dr. Allen Davis
Our beloved pastor of 32 years, Allen Davis, went to be with his Lord and Savior last December. During his time at the church, he grew a loving congregation, shared stories of his dog Bentley with his pastor's pals, and made sure each sermon ended with an invitation for salvation. While he will be greatly missed, his legacy will live on through every life he ministered to over the years. We are in the process of finding our next leader to continue the work Dr. Davis started and build upon the foundation that is established.
Dr. Kenneth Jordan
Interim Pastor
Dr. Jordan has spent decades in ministry serving as a head pastor. A few years ago, when he retired, he joined our congregation. Upon Dr. Davis's passing, Dr. Jordan stepped up to serve as our interim pastor as we search for our next leader. He and his wife, Terri, reside in Piney Flats, TN and have two sons.

Brian Wilson
Music Minister
Brian has been a faithful part of the Piney Flats First Baptist Church family for many years. He holds a Master of Arts in Christian Education (M.A.C.E.) from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and brings heart and experience to his ministry. Brian and his wife, Carol, enjoy life with their children and grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoys walking their dog, Sadie, and golfing when he can. Brian also shares his musical gifts by playing trumpet in the church’s worship ministry.

Jacob Hite
Interim Youth Director
Jacob and his wife of six years, Lacy, are proud attending members of Piney Flats First Baptist Church. They live in Bluff City, TN, with their beloved dog, Tucker. Jacob answered the call to serve the children of PFFBC in 2021 and officially joined the church staff in 2025. In addition to his passion for children's ministry, Jacob enjoys golfing and leads the church’s golf ministry group.
Ashley Fields
Interim Children's Director
Ashley and her husband, Cory, have been married for seven years and live in Kingsport with their two children. Ashley has been faithfully serving at Piney Flats First Baptist Church for nine years and became an official staff member in 2024. She is passionate about music, enjoys cooking, and loves spending time with her family.

Tom Anderson
Church Secretary
Tom faithfully serves our church as both the secretary and piano player. His love for music and heart for service have been a blessing to our congregation for several years. While his role as secretary is a more recent addition, he continues to bring dedication and a joyful spirit to all he does. Fun fact: his favorite color is green!
